Hi! I'm Michelle Hua

I am a UK Global Talent Visa Recipient and Coach

I help highly skilled tech entrepreneurs and talent obtain their endorsements for the UK Global Talent Visa in Digital Technology.

In 2016, I was endorsed with Exceptional Talent in Digital Technologies for my work in advocating for women and diversity in tech and for developing innovative technology for my UK tech start up, Made With Glove. I received the UK Global Talent Visa to live and work in the UK and became the Ambassador for the #TechNationVisa Scheme. In just three years, I received my Indefinite Leave to Remain visa and became a British Citizen. I have helped over 500 highly skilled tech entrepreneurs and talent by coaching them on the Stage 1 endorsement process and my success rate is 90% while the endorsement rate is 54%.

In 2019 I was listed in the Top 100 Influencers on Gender Equality and Diversity for my work in advocating for women and diversity in tech.

I was a commercial property law solicitor in Australia and New Zealand and I hold Bachelor degrees in Commerce (Curtin University) and Laws (Murdoch University) from Perth, Western Australia.
